These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Elite Skillz Football (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, training content, and subscription services provided via Podia.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Elite Skillz Football provides online football training content, including video tutorials, demonstrations, and educational materials designed to help players develop technical skills, confidence, and match performance.

The service is delivered digitally via a subscription model.

2. Age & Parental Consent

Our content is intended for young football players.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account and provide payment details.

By purchasing a subscription, the parent/guardian confirms consent for the child to access and use the training materials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.

  • A 7-day free trial is provided (card details required at sign-up).

  • After the trial, billing begins automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Use of Content

All videos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Elite Skillz Football and its creators.

You may:

  • View and use the content for personal training purposes.

You may not:

  • Share login details

  • Download, copy, distribute, or resell content

  • Upload content to YouTube, social media, or other platforms

  • Use the content for commercial coaching without written permission

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Football is a physical activity and carries risk.

By using our training content, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own (or your child’s) physical condition.

  • You will train in a safe environment.

  • You will stop if pain, discomfort, or injury occurs.

Elite Skillz Football is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Accidents

  • Medical conditions

  • Misuse of techniques

Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional if unsure.

6. No Performance Guarantees

Results depend on effort, consistency, and individual ability.

We do not guarantee:

  • Selection for teams

  • Professional contracts

  • Specific performance outcomes

We provide training tools, not promises.

7. Account Access

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login details secure

  • All activity on your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Content sharing

  • Abuse

  • Fraud

  • Violation of these Terms

8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued after a subscription period begins.

  • Trial cancellation before the 7th day prevents billing.

  • Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe or other 3rd party providers.

Platform hosting is provided by Podia.

Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property & Branding

All trademarks, logos, training systems, and materials belong to Elite Skillz Football and its partners.

Use without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Skillz Football is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Training outcomes

  • Injuries or physical harm

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
